Smooth migration and support

I recently switched our small nonprofit over to Aplos from QuickBooks Online and purchased their Fund Accounting Software and Donor Management. The migration process was surprisingly smooth, I followed their guide and had minimal issues. It took a little while to get used to the new interface, but it's pretty intuitive. We had a couple of questions about setting up recurring giving for some donors, and customer support was responsive and helpful. They walked me through it, and it worked well. Delivery is instant since it's software, but the onboarding support was a key part of the experience. Everything is working as expected.

Nah, it's not bad at all. I switched last year and they had tools to help import stuff. Took a bit but was pretty smooth.

They actually have a data migration service, or at least they did when I signed up. So it's definitely doable without pulling your hair out.

It's designed for non-accountants! My treasurer isn't an expert and picked it up quick. The fund accounting stuff is really clear.

It depends on the plan you pick, some include more users. You can usually add more though, just check the pricing page.

I think our basic plan came with 2 users, but we upgraded to get 5. So it's flexible.
